Dr. Sheryl Reaves is an experienced optometrist passionate about providing quality eye care to her community. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Reaves has a diverse background in optometry, including hospital, surgical, and private practice settings.
She currently serves as the sole optometrist at a premier community health center in underserved areas of Miami Dade, as well as practicing tele-optometry across five states.

Undergraduate and Doctor of Optometry degrees from the University of California, Berkeley
Residency in Ocular Disease at the Brooklyn and St. Albans Veterans Affairs Program, New York
Dr. Reaves is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, and has served as the Vice President of the Miami Dade Optometric Physicians Association. She was honored with the Michael G. Harris Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding contributions to the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry.
Dr. Reaves has been married to her wonderful and supportive husband for seven years and is the proud mother of a six-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter.
In her free time, she enjoys running 5k races, indulging in a relaxing spa day, and spending sunny afternoons on Florida's beautiful beaches with her family.
